How do I clean/wash Rainbow Sandals?

I wore my sandals to a football game (big mistake) and it started raining. There was no pavement so i was forced to get them soaked. Now they have a weird smell to them. How can i wash this out? My sandals are leather (dark brown).How do I clean/wash Rainbow Sandals?

Soak them in a bucket of a soap and water mixture. Maybe you could use detergent to get a better smell. If all else fails, buy a new pair of sandals or leave the smell and be a trend setter. Was going to the SV game really worth it??? ;)
Try this first, get a plastic bin and put the shoes and a dryer sheet in it seal it up and wait a couple of days. You could also try dissolving some baking soda in water a scrubbing with a soft tooth brush. good luck!
