How do you clean/wash a bathtub?

It really depends on the tub, but what I do is wet the tub down then sprinkle Ajax all over it. I let it set for 10-15 mintues to dessolvethe grime and make it a bit easier to scrub off. Then I use the rough side of a sponge or a scrub brush and scrub the heck out of my tub. Then with the cold water on I rinse it out. It makes my tub nice and white and the bathroom smells good afterwards. How do you clean/wash a bathtub?
personally, i use scrubbing bubbles to clean the tub if its not too bad. spray it on, scrub a little bit with a brush, and rinse.

for a slightly grimer tub, ajax or soft scrub, depending on what kind of material your tub's made out of.

its also easier to clean the tub more often... less work more often is easier than more work less often. :P

i hope this helps a littleHow do you clean/wash a bathtub?
just some comet and a good abrasive sponge.
We use Old Dutch with bleach seems to do the job...have fun
Warm water and Bon Ami or baking soda with a scratch-free sponge will cut most soil and grease.
Tide. Yes, tide for a white bathtub. When I was in my early 20s I only cleaned my bathtub once every few months - and this got it clean every time:

Put a couple cups of powder Tide in the bathtub as you are filling it up with hot water only. Let it sit in the water and use a long brush to gently brush the inside of the tub. Once the water is cold - let the water out and rinse the tub with the help of a cloth. It is easy - and it works.
i use scrubbing bubbles and let them soak for like 15-20 minutes to really permeate. then use the mr. clean magic eraser for any tough soap scum, dried soap, etc. the magic eraser is the best cleaning tool i have EVER used. hands down. i also use clorox clean-up for a final wipe down, and clorox wipes, as well. makes me feel better to eliminate the harsher chemicals. but seriously, once you use the magic eraser, you will never go back.
You can use colorox bleach and the magic eraser and that pretty much does the trick. The magic eraser is the best tool made for cleaning. Also for tough stains, try the lysol toilet bowl cleaner for stains thats like a green/blue bottle, that works great on hard to get rid of stains.
Heck with scrubbing, I use Shower Patrol. I spread it around the tub leave on several hours and go back and rinse. Great product, and if it has subborn soap scum I use Ring King.
Soft Scrub with bleach works well. Get the tub wet, squirt on some of the Soft Scrub and rub it around with a wet cloth. Rinse well afterward.
