I can't speak from experience, I'm circumcised. But when I was 12 and so was my uncircumcised friend, he told me that it hurt to touch his penis head with soap, but soapy water was OK. I would suggest you be careful with any soap you put on your penis. Some of those liquid soaps are detergent-based, and so can be irritating. I use the clear glycerin soaps myself, because I have dry skin. You can probably get your penis clean enough with just warm water, but if you want to use soap - just go slow and easy. OK?
Be careful, and try it on a small area first, don't leave it on too long as the penis can be easily irritated by harsh soaps,

Those kind of soaps might be a little irritating. It's good to wash it, especially under the foreskin, but use a very mild soap. Like Ivory or Dove. Anything unscented and hypoallergenic.
You know, water alone is all you need to wash your penis. You might use soap in the general area, but it could dry out your penis, especially the hea.
I would just use water if I were you, soap can often irritate the area and cause dry skin or infections. But if it's really mild soap and you rinse it well then it should be ok.

Yeah.. I dont know those types... but a mild soap is the a good choice... one with aloe moisturiser is even better.
